Associant vodka et caf\u00e9, le Black Russian s&rsquo;est ensuite invit\u00e9 sur les cartes de la plupart des bars d&rsquo;h\u00f4tel en Europe. Dans le cadre de Brusselicious,\u00a0 la Brussels Hotels Association (BHA) a eu l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de remettre ce cocktail au go\u00fbt du jour et a lanc\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 9 barman bruxellois: concevoir le meilleur Black Russian. L&rsquo;\u00e9preuve s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en deux temps. Les diff\u00e9rents concurrents ont d&rsquo;abord\u00a0 r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 un questionnaire pour tester leurs connaissances th\u00e9oriques sur les cocktails en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Ensuite, la partie pratique consistait \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter leurs pr\u00e9parations. J&rsquo;ai eu le plaisir de remettre le premier prix \u00e0 Julien Duvivier, barman de l&rsquo;H\u00f4tel Amigo, qui a triomph\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa pr\u00e9paration m\u00ealant cr\u00e8me de p\u00eache\u00a0 et sirop Apple pie \u00e0 de la vodka et \u00e0 un expresso. F\u00e9licitations aussi \u00e0 Ricardo Antunes du Be Manos et \u00e0 Logan Moury du Ch\u00e2teau du Lac qui se sont class\u00e9s deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me. &nbsp;"}
