Face \u00e0 la multitude d\u2019alertes et de scandales alimentaires, le consommateur est de plus en plus d\u00e9sireux de consommer des produits issus d\u2019une agriculture plus \u00ab\u00a0propre\u00a0\u00bb. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette demande grandissante, <strong>VISITBRUSSELS<\/strong> organise, \u00e0 mon initiative en tant que Ministre bruxellois du Tourisme, en collaboration avec le <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.slowfoodbrussels.be\/\" target=\"_blank\">convivium Slow Food Brussels <\/a><\/strong>le premier salon Slow Food \u00e0 Bruxelles, au cours duquel les valeurs du \u00ab <strong>Bon, Propre, et Juste<\/strong> \u00bb seront mises en avant. Ce week-end est destin\u00e9 au grand public et aussi et surtout, au secteur HORECA lors de la journ\u00e9e du dimanche 30 mars.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sera l\u2019occasion, pour les professionnels, de partager les bons plans, les bonnes adresses, les nouvelles sources d\u2019approvisionnement, mais aussi d\u2019effectuer des rencontres fructueuses avec des entreprises qui fournissent d\u00e9j\u00e0 le secteur HORECA bruxellois.<strong> BE SLOW FOOD 2014<\/strong> s\u2019inscrit naturellement dans un contexte qui d\u00e9montre au quotidien, que d\u00e9sormais les circuits courts et l\u2019alimentation durable sont devenus source de rentabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019emplois.<\/p>\n<p>Ce salon Be Slow Food offre, selon moi, la possibilit\u00e9 de mettre en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019Art de vivre \u00e0 Bruxelles, et surtout nos divers produits et richesses culinaires. Dans le m\u00eame esprit que Brusselicious, Ann\u00e9e de la gastronomie, qui avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 l\u2019occasion de d\u00e9couvrir notre savoir-faire en la mati\u00e8re, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement leur permet de vivre une exp\u00e9rience \u00e9co-gastronomique de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 Bruxelles. Suite aux r\u00e9centes crises alimentaires, et dans la perspective de sensibiliser et d\u2019orienter les diff\u00e9rents acteurs de l\u2019alimentation et les consommateurs aux principes de l\u2019alimentation durable, il est pertinent de s\u2019inspirer du mouvement international Slow Food qui se bat pour la protection de la biodiversit\u00e9, des saveurs et des m\u00e9tiers de bouche traditionnels. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette demande grandissante, VISITBRUSSELS organise, \u00e0 mon initiative en tant que Ministre bruxellois du Tourisme, en collaboration avec le convivium Slow Food Brussels le premier salon Slow Food \u00e0 Bruxelles, au cours duquel les valeurs du \u00ab Bon, Propre, et Juste \u00bb seront mises en avant. Ce week-end est destin\u00e9 au grand public et aussi et surtout, au secteur HORECA lors de la journ\u00e9e du dimanche 30 mars. Ce sera l\u2019occasion, pour les professionnels, de partager les bons plans, les bonnes adresses, les nouvelles sources d\u2019approvisionnement, mais aussi d\u2019effectuer des rencontres fructueuses avec des entreprises qui fournissent d\u00e9j\u00e0 le secteur HORECA bruxellois. BE SLOW FOOD 2014 s\u2019inscrit naturellement dans un contexte qui d\u00e9montre au quotidien, que d\u00e9sormais les circuits courts et l\u2019alimentation durable sont devenus source de rentabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019emplois.
