J&rsquo;avais promis de partager cette recette \u00e0 Sophie Moens apr\u00e8s m&rsquo;avoir invit\u00e9 \u00e0 son \u00e9mission \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/rtbf-pod.l3.freecaster.net\/pod\/rtbf\/geo\/open\/J\/JCAljP3u2w.mp3\">Bient\u00f4t \u00e0 table<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb de la Premi\u00e8re (RTBF).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><i>Pour une trentaine de petits pitas : 1 paquet de p\u00e2te filo d\u2019environ un kilo (tout ne sera sans doute pas utilis\u00e9), 400 gr de feta,\u00a0450 grammes d\u2019\u00e9pinards, un oignon moyen, <\/i>4<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0oeufs,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">huile d\u2019olive,\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">poivre<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p>Pour la farce :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettre la feta dans un grand bol<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et deux oeufs entiers<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poivrer (ne pas saler)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9langer et \u00e9craser l\u2019ensemble pour en faire une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faire bouillir une grande casserole remplie au quart d\u2019eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Blanchir les \u00e9pinard durant 5 minutes (ne pas saler) et b<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ien \u00e9goutter<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacher grossi\u00e8rement avec des ciseaux<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eplucher et hacher un petit oignon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faire chauffer un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une petite po\u00eale et y faire revenir l\u2019oignon<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter les \u00e9pinards et bien m\u00e9langer.
