Les diff\u00e9rentes sections du centre  fourniront un \u00e9quipement  performant aux enseignants et \u00e9tudiants. Plus de 4.000 jeunes (un chiffre qui  progresse)  suivent ces fili\u00e8res. A peine moins prestigieux que les  universit\u00e9s,  certains \u00e9tablissements de renom, dont l\u2019institut Emile  Gryzon, sont  rassembl\u00e9s (6 sur 11) sur le campus du Ceria, \u00e0  Anderlecht.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que doit s\u2019\u00e9riger le futur CTA (centre de   technologies avanc\u00e9es). Une volont\u00e9 gouvernementale puisque celui-ci   vient de d\u00e9gager, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative du ministre <strong>Christos  Doulkeridis,<\/strong> une tranche de 150.000 euros (sur 450.000) afin  de financer la  construction du CTA. Celui-ci permettra aux profs et aux  \u00e9tudiants de  la fili\u00e8re horeca de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un \u00e9quipement performant.<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Lire la suite\u2026\" src=\"https:\/\/www.doulkeridis.be\/blog\/wp-includes\/js\/tinymce\/plugins\/wordpress\/img\/trans.gif\" alt=\"\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour  le ministre, c\u2019est clair, ce nouvel outil va revaloriser un type   d\u2019enseignement qui souffre, de fa\u00e7on peu compr\u00e9hensible, d\u2019un manque de   reconnaissance\u00a0: <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019enseignement technique et  professionnel dans  le domaine de l\u2019horeca ne peut \u00eatre celui de la  rel\u00e9gation. C\u2019est  absurde, quand on sait que 6.000 entreprises sont  actives dans l\u2019horeca  et que la restauration repr\u00e9sente 70 % des  activit\u00e9s du secteur. Pr\u00e8s  de Cela repr\u00e9sente 30.000 emplois. Autant  miser sur l\u2019excellence et  faire de Bruxelles, en mati\u00e8re de gastronomie,  une ville de renomm\u00e9e  internationale \u00e0 l\u2019instar de Paris\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Le CTA devrait  rapidement voir le jour. Il r\u00e9pond tant \u00e0  une demande des enseignants  que de la profession. Les travaux sont  promis pour janvier et d\u00e8s 2012,  il devrait fonctionner \u00e0 plein  rendement. Six ateliers accueilleront  d\u00e8s 2011 une partie des modules du  centre. Le premier sera lanc\u00e9 au  premier trimestre 2010. La palette des  modules sera large\u00a0:  chocolaterie, glacerie, boulangerie, restaurant,  bar, cuisine,  boucherie.<\/p>\n<p>Le ministre entend aussi ouvrir le CTA aux autres PO,   par des partenariats et des conventions\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em> La crise  financi\u00e8re ne  permet plus de multiplier les centres qui se font  concurrence.
