J&rsquo;ai particip\u00e9 ce midi \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence de presse qui d\u00e9taillait le programme de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement culinaire qui se d\u00e9roulera du 19 au 25 septembre dans plusieurs restaurants et snacks de la capitale.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Organis\u00e9e par l&rsquo;asbl Karikol et le Convivium Slow Food bruxellois, cette manifestation gustative sera plac\u00e9e sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0De la ferme \u00e0 la table\u00a0\u00bb. Elle offrira l&rsquo;occasion aux papilles des Bruxellois et de leurs h\u00f4tes d&rsquo;entrer en contact rapproch\u00e9 avec les produits du terroir tout en respectant l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit d\u00e9fendu depuis des ann\u00e9es par les pionniers du mouvement slow food chez nous. Dans cette logique, une soixantaine d&rsquo;enseignes r\u00e9parties sur l&rsquo;ensemble du territoire de la R\u00e9gion s&rsquo;engagent \u00e0 proposer un menu slow food.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->En tant que Ministre-Pr\u00e9sident du Gouvernement francophone bruxellois en charge du Tourisme et de l&rsquo;Enseignement, il me semblait \u00e9vident d&rsquo;apporter mon soutien \u00e0 cette initiative qui mobilise de plus en plus d&rsquo;acteurs ann\u00e9e apr\u00e8s ann\u00e9e. <strong>J&rsquo;en veux pour preuve notamment l&rsquo;engagement remarqu\u00e9 des grands h\u00f4tels bruxellois qui veulent inscrire leurs menus dans une logique d&rsquo;alimentation durable en privil\u00e9giant les circuits courts et l&rsquo;utilisation de produits de saison<\/strong>. Un choix judicieux qu&rsquo;il convient de p\u00e9renniser si on souhaite renforcer l&rsquo;image qualitative de Bruxelles. D&rsquo;ailleurs, le cadre dans lequel s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sentation officielle du programme de \u00ab\u00a0Gouter Bruxelles 2011\u00a0\u00bb n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas anodin puisque nous \u00e9tions accueillis dans les murs de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel Sheraton. Pourquoi ce cadre\u00a0? Tout simplement parce que le chef du Crescendo, le restaurant de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel, n&rsquo;est autre que Christian Tirilly. Ce Breton bourr\u00e9 de talent a fait siennes les valeurs du mouvement slow food en proposant des menus \u00ab\u00a0100 % belge\u00a0\u00bbet en partant \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte des artisans et producteurs qui fournissent les aliments qu&rsquo;il utilise dans sa cuisine.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gouterbruxelles.be\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium  wp-image-2884 alignright\" title=\"gbxl2011fr\" src=\"https:\/\/www.doulkeridis.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/gbxl2011fr-300x260.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"260\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.doulkeridis.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/gbxl2011fr-300x260.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.doulkeridis.be\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/gbxl2011fr.jpg 790w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>En fin, en tant que Ministre en charge de l&rsquo;Enseignement de la Cocof,<strong> il me para\u00eet essentiel de rappeler les efforts que nous entreprenons pour tourner nos \u00e9tablissements qui forment aux diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers de bouche vers l&rsquo;alimentation durable<\/strong>. Je suis persuad\u00e9 que les efforts que nous sommes en train de consentir feront t\u00e2che d&rsquo;huile par le biais des grands chefs de demain que nous formons dans nos \u00e9tablissements renomm\u00e9s.
